Shipping Policy

Shipping information for this OXO shop is organized around two stages: preparing the purchase and the carrier's journey. Costs and destinations are confirmed in checkout.

Preparation time

Once payment authorization succeeds, allow about 1–2 business days for the order to be prepared. The delivery estimate does not begin until the parcel has been dispatched.

Travel and updates

Following dispatch, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. A specific arrival date cannot be guaranteed, and weekends or applicable holidays do not count as business days. Verify the destination entered at checkout; tracking is shared after handoff and scans may appear later.

A delayed or damaged delivery

Email lawanyahuza78@gmail.com if tracking stalls, the package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is shown delivered without being received. Include the order reference, checkout email and tracking number. Photographs of the item and packaging help us investigate damage.
